DixieFest 2006 
Dealer Booth Reservations

This form will allow you to easily reserve your Dealer Booths for DixieFest. Your reservation request will automatically be sent to Randy, WB4LHD by email. Randy will reserve the number of tables that you request PENDING receipt of your mail-in form along with your check or money order made out to DixieFest, Inc. Please do not send cash. Mail in forms and checks must be received in our PO Box no later than March 1, 2006.  Booths not paid for on that date will be made available for others to rent. There will be no refunds on table rentals.

DixieFest will not be responsible for providing booths based on this electronic form alone. You MUST download and mail the hardcopy form with your rental fees for tables to be confirmed. A receipt for your tables will be emailed to you upon receipt of your form and fees. In the event that you do not have an email address, the receipt will be sent via US mail. Please remember to bring your receipt with you to the hamfest as it will be needed in order to verify your identity as the renter of the booths should any questions arise.

Upon submission of this form, you will find a links to another page that will allow you to download the mail-in form in the Adobe Acrobat format for you to print and mail. Dealer booths are $60 each. Power is included in the Dealer booth cost.
