An example of what vendor booths look like

Multiple table booths will have tables situated end to end with
one or more openings, depending on number of tables and
usually on one or both ends of the booth.

Hamfest runners will be available to Dealers to fetch cokes and goodies for those that cannot leave their booth.
 Runners cannot "watch" the booth for you while you take a break.

The online form allows you a better chance to get the tables you want instead of waiting for the Pony Express to get the form to us.  Once you've filled out the online form, you will be taken to another page where you must download the printable version of the form.  Please print the form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to:

NOTICE

All vendors at DixieFest must follow local fire codes as required
by the Southaven Fire Department.  The main requirement affecting us is that there can be
NO COMBUSTIBLE tablecloths used on the tables.  You may be required to prove
that your table covering will not burn.
